Provider
RedSwiss Invoice (invoice.redswiss.ch) is operated by Anthony Thomas, a private individual resident in Switzerland. Contact: info@anthony-thomas.ch.
Purpose
RedSwiss Invoice lets you create Swiss QR-bills, send them to your customers, track their payment and match your bank statements. These terms apply to any use of the service.
Your invoices
You alone are responsible for the invoices issued in your name: accuracy of amounts, VAT, details and mandatory information. RedSwiss Invoice is a tool and provides no accounting, tax or legal advice.
Your customers' data
You are responsible for the data you enter about your customers and for the bank statements you import. You warrant that you are entitled to process them and have informed the people concerned. We process them only on your behalf, to provide you with the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Account
You provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for actions taken from your account and by the members of your organisation. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Use of the service
You use the service lawfully. Using it to issue fictitious or fraudulent invoices, or to infringe the rights of others, is prohibited.
Plans and payment
A free plan and paid plans are offered as shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for each period and paid through Stripe.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period, which is not refunded unless required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Keeping your records
Keeping your invoices and accounting records as required by law is your responsibility. Download them regularly and before deleting your account: once deleted, they cannot be recovered.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular during maintenance or outages.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for slight negligence is excluded. It is never excluded for intent or gross negligence (art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations). We are not responsible for the content of your invoices or for payments between you and your customers.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account at info@anthony-thomas.ch. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached.
Changes
We may change these terms. For significant changes we will inform you in advance by email or on the website. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept them.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of residence, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction under the law, in particular for consumers.
